On the way

Ngorongoro
viewpoint.

After Tarangire, the northern journey pauses above the Ngorongoro landscape before continuing toward Serengeti.

The viewpoint belongs to the route, but Serengeti is the third experience: the moment the land begins to feel wider and the road draws you farther into the journey.
